- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They are not military friendly and extremely rude. I tried to adjust my loan and she said I would have to come in. When I told her I was station on the east coast and it was impossible for me to come home she said "welp I don't know what to tell you". Her name was Angie. They should show a little more appreciation to the people who serve this country. Angie didn't help me at all. I'm not sure if she didn't know her job or if she was just lazy.
